Reflections on a 2020 Perspective

2020 was a year of intense emotion and change. Artist Elena Coby Jenkins spent the year using painting as an outlet to process her reflections on the events and environment that became America’s reckoning with truth, racial violence and resistance to such violence, suffering, and isolation, while encompassing the resilient spirit to push ahead and rise above. The series she therefore created in 2020 is a special collection, and showcases her first collection of paintings.

Paintings are now on display at The Drip Community Coffeehouse.
